Rubarion Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the virtual reality application Spiders:Burn them out (the “Application”).
We do not collect, store, or share personal information, location data, biometric data, or usage analytics on external servers owned or controlled by Rubarion Games.
To enable optional downloadable content and in-app purchases (such as the Night Mode add-on), the Application utilizes Meta Horizon Platform APIs. This allows the Application to access your Meta User ID and transaction entitlement data solely to verify purchase ownership and unlock add-on content.
The core gameplay of the Application operates locally on your device. However, when purchasing or accessing add-on content, the Application connects directly to Meta Horizon Platform Services to validate transactions. We do not utilize third-party advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or external analytics providers.
All game save files and local settings are stored exclusively on your Meta Quest device. Transaction histories and durable in-app purchase entitlements are stored and managed securely by Meta. We do not maintain an external database of user accounts or financial records.
Because our Application does not collect any personal information, it strictly complies with applicable children’s privacy regulations (including COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We do not store user data on external servers. Local save files can be permanently deleted by uninstalling the Application from your Meta Quest headset. Account and purchase data managed by Meta are subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy and account management settings.
